仮にあれを「MacPad」って名前の製品だったとしますよね？内容は全く同じで。するとどうなるか？並行世界の人達の意見をヒアリングしてきました。

　「マウス使いてえ！」 　「キーボードはどこに行ったんだ！」 　「重いよ！なんだこの処理速度！」 　「Photoshopが使えない！」※好きなツールに置き換えてください。 　「え？開発環境が無いってどういう事？」 　「自由にソフトリリース出来ない？フザケンナ！」 　「なんでこんな web ゲームみたいなモノが有料？」 　「てかそもそも Flash 使えな（以下略）」

こんな様子です。多分。 ところが、iPad って名前にしただけで「すげーすげーデカイし解像度高いし超快適だよ！iPhone 便利だけど家で見るにはちょっと小さいと思っていたんだよね～というか未来！これは未来を感じる！！」的な感想に早変わり。

中身は何も変わっていないのに、満足度が大向上した！不思議！

■ つまり iPad を「薄くて小さい Mac」にせずに「デカイ iPhone」にしたところが商売として素晴らしいわけです。
